Re-Opening April 26th 2021

Happily we’re expecting to be able to reopen, for both rooms and dining, from the 26th of April, according to Scottish government guidelines. We have implemented a number of measures in order to keep our guest and visitors safe, including social distancing, more outdoor dining, and sanitation measures such as regular disinfectant fogging, and Clearview UV technology. WE HAVE RELUCTANTLY MADE THE DECISION TO NOT OPEN THE GLENFORSA HOTEL THIS SEASON.

We apologise to our guests and lovely locals but we consider that the potential risks to guests and staff members from the inevitable second wave of the virus, and the restrictions that will prevent us from providing the sort of service that we consider our guests deserve must outweigh any other considerations.

We understand that this option is not open to every business and appreciate the privileged position that has enabled us to make this very difficult decision.

We are working hard nonetheless, doing all the odd jobs and preparing for what we’re sure will be a fabulous 2021 season.
