Haddock/pollock/skate & other fish come from - Ardmore Fish Co.
Local venison, beef, pork comes from - nearby Mull Estates via Mull Slaughterhouse.
Many of our herbs and vegetables are home-grown in our Glenforsa Kitchen Garden.
